Working with developer Spring Capital, Ben Reed Architects have produced designs for the conversion of the existing 6 storey office building into residential accommodation with 3 new additional floors on top. The design aims to minimise the alterations to the existing building, maintaining its architectural integrity. The new build elements are sensitively designed, complementing and enhancing the building.
